Prayer for Coworkers and the Workplace

Lord, We lift up our coworkers and our workplace to You. We ask that You bring unity, respect, and understanding among everyone we work with. Grant us the patience, kindness, and encouragement we need in our words and actions-even on those difficult days. Give us wisdom in our tasks, integrity in our work, and grace in our interactions. Where there is tension, bring peace. Where there is frustration, bring clarity. Where there is weariness, bring renewed strength. Enable us to work with excellence and in humility, remembering that our labors can count to Your honor. May our workplace be a place where fairness, honesty, and compassion are always at work, and allow us to be light through the way we serve others each day. We put our work and our colleagues in Your hands. Amen.
